A name on a roster is not a worker on your site.

The question this answers

How do qualified, credentialed, legal craft workers actually arrive on the curve, ready to badge, ready to work?

What we do

We recruit at source against your craft and skill requirements, not against a generic labor pool. We test and verify skills before travel, not after. We do not touch the filing or the consular interview. That is counsel’s. We move everything after it: travel, arrival, housing, orientation, and site onboarding. We hold the roster against the curve week by week and replace attrition before it becomes a manning gap on your report.

Before a worker travels

Skills verified against your craft standard and your test, documented. Drug and background screening completed to your program’s panel before mobilization, not at the gate. OSHA 10 or 30 and every site-specific credential your scope requires (TWIC, NCCER, arc flash, confined space) in hand and in the file. Your orientation is still your orientation. Our job is that nobody fails it.

What you get

Crews that badge on schedule, documentation that is complete before they arrive, and one accountable point of contact who knows the status of every worker in the pipeline.

How we report

Coverage against curve. Time from authorization to badge. Ninety-day retention. You see all three on the same report we see, monthly, whether or not the news is good.

ECP is the employer’s advisor and program manager. Hiring, employment eligibility verification, supervision, and separation are the employer’s, always. That separation is what makes the structure hold.
