Roles, not entities
ECP is the advisor. Your counsel files. The employer of record is named in the structure we design with you, and it is never ECP. Every engagement starts by putting that on one page, because the party that carries the obligation should never be a matter of inference.
How engagements are shaped
Diagnostic: fixed fee, defined scope, weeks. Program design: fixed fee, milestone-based. Mobilization: measured against the manning curve. Governance: retained, monthly. Commercial terms are not published; they are set against your scope in the first conversation.
If an audit or inspection arrives
Who is called, who produces what, and in what order, stated as sequence and ownership. You will know before you engage us what happens on the day it matters, and who is holding the file.
