Our ambition is to be the world’s leading industrial workforce consulting firm. Ambitions like that are easy to announce and hard to measure, so we picked a measure that is difficult to fake: 9,527 families lifted into lasting financial security, directly through the work we do and indirectly through the clients we do it for.
The inheritance
This firm did not write its mission in a strategy session. It inherited one. It traces to 1974, and to the mission set by the Ayed family: through leadership, through business, and through philanthropy, change the lives of thousands of people across the world. Eagle Consulting Partners exists to carry that mission into industrial construction.
Why 9,527
A note from the founder
The path is a simple one. We want to help feed as many families as we can, and lift as many as we can. When I went looking for a standard to hold that ambition against, I did not find it in a market forecast. I found it in scripture.
Scripture records two occasions when thousands were fed with almost nothing. Five thousand on one, four thousand on the other. Five loaves and two fish the first time; seven loaves and a few small fish the second. Both times the crowd ate, and both times more was left over than there had been to begin with.
I am not comparing this work to a miracle. I am taking the instruction. God, who can do all things, chose to leave that teaching in the record: scarcity is not the ceiling, and feeding people at scale is work worth doing. Faith is the base, the strength, and the guiding force behind the target we have set, and we set it to honor the Word that guides every action we take.

The number itself
Nine thousand fed, across the two occasions. Five loaves, two fish, seven loaves. 9,527. The number is not a projection and it was never rounded, because it was never arithmetic about us. It is a reminder of where the standard came from.
How the clients we serve get counted
Most of the 9,527 will not be reached by us directly. They will be reached through contractors who chose to build their workforce this way instead of some other way. That is the point of the model. We do not need to be the largest firm in the industry to move this number. We need the industry to move.
The count is always aggregate. We never name a client or a project in it, and we do not publish anything about an individual worker.
We will publish this count every quarter, including the quarters when it does not move.
